Stunning.
How awesome. Love the quotes and the picture is gorgeous. 🙂
Just beautiful, both the light and the composition.
Cee, Jessica, Marie, thank you for your kind comments.
You’re welcome. 🙂
Amazing shot, Bill!
Thanks, Stefano. The garden is becoming better each day now. Purple iris will appear soon, with the yellow.
That’s beautiful Bill – some great macro photography!
Thanks, Jude. I’m using a “new” camera, micro 4/3 format; it has a articulated screen for hard-to-get places where your neck can’t. An old manual focus lens and nice light, all we can ask for!
It certainly did a lovely job 🙂
Bill, this is a marvelous photo. The light and the bits of pollen are unbeatable. Kudos!

I like the light in this photo.
oh…now that is just one incredible photograph there, kiddo. is that pollen dust on the petal, or light?
That’s mostly light, maybe a little pollen added; the iris didn’t show much of that. Glad you liked it!
well, cool…light, pollen…all good
Awesome image.
