Since last week’s mix of snow and ice melted our weather’s been iffy—if you stepped outside you’d be hit by rain and gusty winds. I cleaned up a bit of the downfall left over from the storm during a short break, but only small limbs and debris around the deck. The larger branches won’t get cut and stacked until my chain saw returns from the shop in a week.
I wasn’t looking for pictures this morning when another break came, momentary sunshine flooding the dining area and intersecting with Smudge, who didn’t seem to notice (or care).
